DO-IT-YOURSELF
10′ WIDE SPACE $5000
Each DO-IT-YOURSELF space will be approximately 10′ wide and includes an 8-foot table and chair. The spaces include some extra space for displays but are not a traditional 10’x10′ draped booth.*
You bring your own backdrop, banners and/or flags. Exhibitor set up will begin on Friday, September 27th at 5:00 from 9:00am – 4:00 pm. There will be no conference labor available. If you have any items that need to be pre-shipped to conference, you will need to contact us for advance shipping needs.
Exhibitor tear-down starts immediately following the end of conference on Sunday, September 29th. You will be responsible for teardown and taking your backdrop, signage and displays with you.

DONE-FOR-YOU
10′ WIDE SPACE W/BACKDROP $8500
Each DONE-FOR-YOU space will be approximately 10′ wide and includes an 8-foot table and chair. DONE-FOR-YOU spaces include a custom 10′ x 7.5′ fabric backdrop and aluminum frame. The spaces include some extra space for displays but are not a traditional 10’x10′ draped booth.*
You can provide print-ready artwork for the backdrop or we can design it for you.

We will communicate with you about the backdrop and get your vector logo and other elements to create the artwork. We will provide a proof before production.
Each DONE-FOR-YOU space includes set-up and teardown. Your space will be ready for you by 4:00 pm on Friday, September 27th. After the conference, we will take down the display and arrange to have the backdrop and frame shipped to your location for future use.
